start moving the right one up as you move the left one down in front of your body.

now move your right index finger DOWN as you move the left one UP.

do this repeatedly, preferably to some fasttype music.

this is what makes me think of katie, this is what makes me think of sig transit gloria, this is something that unflaggingly can make me feel better sometimes.
